Assembly

When we have an Assembly one class is on the stage and the other children are on the floor. We have an Assembly every other Wednesday. In Assemblies we can do all sorts of things like singing, showing art and more.

Making Dream Catchers

In our science program we have learnt about what things are made of and why we choose to use particular materials. We did some experiments to find which mateials were waterproof. Today we needed to make a dream catcher to hang outside. We could use any mateials that we wanted to. It was great fun! We took our dreamcatchers outside and showed the class where we would like to hang them. Lots of them had to be hung undercover as they were made of mateials such as paper, paper plates and egg cartons which were not water proof. The dream catchers made from plastic cups, wire and pipe cleaners could be hung outsideĀ  as they were waterproof.
